The following requirements must be met to open an account on Demoselot:

- You must register using accurate and truthful information — providing false details is strictly prohibited.
- Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be suspended.
- The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
KYC Verification Process
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. One of the following documents is required:
- National ID Card (NID) — scanned copy or clear photo of both sides
- Scan of the first page of your passport
- Driving license (government-issued)
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, you will not need to go through the process again for future withdrawals.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted — the account holder and the payment account owner must be the same person.
Demoselot never charges extra fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.
The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 500.
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (for standard members). VIP members have different limits.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is complete.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Most withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. However, your first withdrawal may take 24–48 hours due to KYC verification. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require additional verification.
If fraud or money laundering is suspected, we are legally obligated to freeze any withdrawal and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Demoselot offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the bonus offers page. The general rules are as follows:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳ 10,000. Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount.
- Reload Bonus: Up to 50% bonus on weekly deposits. Wagering requirement: 15x.
- Cashback: 10% cashback on weekly net losses, up to ৳5,000. No wagering requirements on cashback.
- Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and you both receive a ৳ 500 bonus. The bonus is credited after the referred person makes their first deposit.
Important Bonus Rules
- This bonus is issued once only — the same person cannot claim it more than once.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses will result in account closure.
Claiming a bonus is optional. You can still play without opting in at the time of deposit. Deposits made without a bonus can be withdrawn directly.
The following rules apply to all bets placed on Demoselot:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option is available on the platform.
- Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
- We reserve the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error.
- Any bet found to be associated with match fixing or irregular activity on an event will be voided.
- In Sports Betting, bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed.
Casino Game Rules
Each casino game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game itself. As a general rule, all games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is certified by a third party — meaning results are completely fair and not predetermined.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Demoselot. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Exploiting bonus system vulnerabilities or abusing bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
- Harassing or insulting other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security.
- Transactions made using a third-party payment account.
If any of the above violations are detected, we may suspend the account without prior notice. In serious cases, the matter may also be reported to law enforcement.

Demoselot may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

- Extended period of inactivity (more than 1 year).
- Legal directive or court order.
If your account is closed due to a terms violation, your bonus balance will be forfeited. The return of any remaining real deposit balance will be considered after investigation.

- For major changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be given.
